Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer with a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing AI-driven automations and intelligent agents for clients, while also supporting customers during and after deployment. This role combines hands-on development with client-facing problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement AI-driven automations and intelligent agents for client solutions
  • Build, test, and maintain software applications with a focus on reliability and scalability
  • Assist clients with technical onboarding, troubleshooting, and ongoing customer support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Maintain clear documentation for implementations, integrations, and support processes
  • Continuously improve existing systems and contribute to innovation in AI-driven solutions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence
  • Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in software development
  • Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices
  • Experience working with AI-related concepts, frameworks, or tools
  • Exposure to client-facing or customer support roles
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

Nice-to-Have Skills and Experience

  • Hands-on experience with AI or machine learning tools, frameworks, or platforms
  • Previous experience building system integrations
  • Experience developing automations or workflow-based solutions
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, or microservices architectures

  • Strong communication skills, especially when explaining technical concepts to non-technical users
