We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking leader to take on the role of Head of AI Transformation, driving the strategic adoption of AI across the organisation.
This is a high-impact leadership role focused on identifying and delivering AI-driven initiatives that enhance internal business processes, improve decision-making, and create measurable enterprise value. Working closely with internal stakeholders across the business, you will bridge strategy, technology, and operations to embed AI into how we work and deliver results.
The Role
You will define and lead the organisation’s AI transformation agenda—from shaping the roadmap to delivering scalable solutions that drive real business impact. A key part of your role will be building organisational capability, fostering a data-driven culture, and ensuring the responsible use of AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI Strategy & Vision
- Define, own and continuously evolve enterprise AI transformation roadmap aligned with corporate strategy.
- Identify high-value use cases across operations, finance, sales, HR, supply chain, and customer service.
- Build multi-year AI capability plans (technology, talent, governance, data).
- Advise executive leadership on AI opportunities, risks, and investment priorities.
2. Business Process Reengineering
- Analyse end-to-end business processes and identify automation and optimisation opportunities.
- Redesign workflows using AI, machine learning, generative AI, and intelligent automation tools.
- Establish scalable frameworks for AI-driven continuous improvement.
- Drive measurable improvements in cost, cycle time, quality, and revenue enablement.
3. Solution Delivery & Execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, engineers, implementation consultants, and product owners.
- Oversee design, development, deployment, and scaling of AI solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration with internal enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, data platforms, etc.).
- Establish KPIs and ROI tracking for all AI initiatives.
4. Data & Technology Governance
- Implement AI governance frameworks covering ethics, bias, security, explainability, and compliance.
- Ensure responsible AI principles are embedded in all deployments.
5. Change Management & Adoption
- Drive organizational adoption of AI solutions.
- Develop training programs to upskill teams in AI literacy.
- Build executive-level reporting on AI impact and maturity.
- Act as internal champion and evangelist for AI-driven transformation.
6. Vendor & Ecosystem Management
- Evaluate and manage AI vendors, platforms, and partnerships.
- Oversee build-vs-buy decisions.
- Negotiate strategic technology partnerships.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or Data Science.
- 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, business process optimisation, or enterprise technology leadership.
- 3+ years of experience leading AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation initiatives.
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale transformation with measurable ROI.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, generative AI, data platforms, and automation technologies.
- Experience working with executive leadership and board-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in complex environments.
- Strong strategic thinking and execution planning capabilities.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.

- MBA qualification will be considered as an asset.
- Knowledge in AI regulatory and compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and enterprise architecture principles.
